Medical care for all

In June, our medical centers in Bangladesh were once again able to provide numerous people with access to free treatment and medicines.

A total of 726 patients received medical care in our four facilities in Manda, Khilgaon, Gandaria and Korail. These included adults and children with very different needs.

A particularly large number of patients visited our centers in Manda and Khilgaon. All those treated received free medication if required, and many were given additional health advice or referred to hospitals for further clarification.

A total of five patients were referred to hospital for further treatment in June.

In addition to acute medical care, our work also focuses on education, prevention and low-threshold help. A big thank you to our teams on the ground, who once again put their heart and soul into ensuring that our help gets to where it is needed in June.
