During the run, the children braved the summer heat and showed great commitment. Lap after lap, they collected donations that they had previously organized through personal sponsors from their family and private environment. As a result, the sporty morning was not only an active experience, but also an active contribution to greater educational equality.
The annual charity run is a good opportunity for the children to deal with other realities of life and experience social responsibility in everyday life. At the same time, they learn that their commitment can make a difference. The teachers and parents actively support the campaign every year, be it through organization, motivation or support on the day of the run.
We are very pleased about the ongoing cooperation with the Scheffau elementary school. The commitment of the pupils, teachers, parents and sponsors shows how valuable local initiatives can be for international partnerships.
