Sport is not only healthy and fun, it can also help other people. And this is how it works: Search for sponsorswho are prepared to donate a fixed amount of money for every kilometer or lap run. Then a flea market is just the thing for you – so bring order into your homeand can collect donations for our projects at the same time.
This is how it works: Sort out old things, register a stall at the nearest flea market in your area and collect money.
Simply once again celebrate exuberantly and at the same time finance one of our projects? That sounds like a perfect plan, doesn’t it? Then start planning right away and get one step closer to realizing your fundraising campaign.
With a club, school or farm party or a graduation party, you can easily collect donations and have a lot of fun at the same time. Organize a room, music and collect donations at the entrance.
Tip: Organize an additional raffle or offer a round of bingo – this will increase your donation income. Selling drinks and food can also help to bring even more money into the donation box!
Who doesn’t enjoy a delicious piece of cake or a muffin? Homemade cakes always go down well and put you in a good mood, and with every slice sold you can easily fill the donation box.
Use your talents and your labor to do good! At a neighborhood help auction you offer and Your friends or club members can offer their time and skills for a donation. Whether Gardening, tutoring, handicraft services or other helpful activities – your support is needed. With every hour you work, you not only help your neighbors, but also contribute to the financing of important projects. Offer your help and experience how community and solidarity can strengthen your neighborhood.
Clear out your home and do something good at the same time! At a special items auction, you can sell antiques, handicrafts or other special items that you no longer need. Your discarded treasures will find new owners, while the proceeds go towards one of our projects. Take advantage of this opportunity, to create space and at the same time the Austrian Doctors to support. Every item you donate helps to do good.
If you don’t feel like jumping into the fray, you can of course do this of course also online make. There are now several platforms where you can sell your discarded clothes and items online.
Time is probably the most valuable gift a person can give to others. Without the commitment and support of volunteers, many things in the social sector would not be possible. The classic form of donating time is volunteering, where people use their free time for a charitable purpose. According to estimates by the Ministry of Social Affairs, Austria’s volunteers work 14 million hours a week. What an enormous achievement!
