This great event is all about togetherness, and it is possible to run, roll and walk along. The Austrian Doctors team consisted of almost 30 people, ranging in age from around one year to almost 70 years.
With around 1,000 participants, this year’s run was bigger than ever before. After a rainy day, the weather fortunately cooperated and the entire event was able to take place in the dry – and sometimes even in sunshine. Traditionally, the run took place in the Volksgarten, with two laps to be completed in order to master the mile.
After the second lap, all participants received a medal and something to drink – and no matter where you looked, you could see happy faces. Once again this year, the run more than fulfilled its purpose.
We would like to thank all the athletes, young and old, who competed for us this year and are already looking forward to moving together for a good cause again in 2026!
