The evening full of art and Christmas atmosphere, chestnuts, punch and Christmas music was a perfect start to the Advent season!
A big thank you to Mr. Ropac
The generosity of Mr. Ropac, who made his artwork and gallery available for this event, deserves special mention. The entire proceeds from the charity exhibition will be donated 1:1 to Austrian Doctors. The Manda School in Bangladesh was selected as the specific project to be supported.
An impressive reading by Sunnyi Melles
Another highlight of the evening was the reading by Sunnyi Melles. She captivated the audience with her voice and presence and provided another highlight of the event.
Works of art for a good cause
Some of the exhibited works of art were already sold before and during the opening. In his speech, Mr. Ropac announced that the incredible sum of 120,000 euros had already been raised – a really great start. All proceeds from the exhibition will go towards the Austrian Doctors’ project work, specifically the Manda School with its 1,200 pupils.
